My home town is Dambulla. Dambulla Raja Maha viharaya is located in my home town.And it is situated in Matale district.It is located 2 Km to in my home. so far,I have gone there about ten times  now. Dambulla is the largest and best preserved cave temple complex.It is the largest and most prominent buddhist complex in South and south southeast Asia. There are five cave temples in there .And there are a total of 153 Buddha statues, there statues of Sri Lankan kings and four statues of gods and goddesses.To the left of the Golden temple is the Rangiri Sri Lanka media network. The Rangiri Sri Lanka rupavahini channel and the radio corporation are also here. More and more local and foreign tourists visit here daily.
